CFBMC-2368: BMC 15.X PSU power information should be in watts

Issue

  • A request has been made to change the PSU input and output power information unit of measurement from milliwatt-hours to watts for AFF A250, AFF C250, ASA A250, ASA C250 and FAS500f systems.
  • This change should be reflected in CLI output (system node environment sensors show), ONTAP REST API and AutoSupport.
