Issue

  • The ONTAP/ Firmware update via System Manager fails with the following alert in the EMS log:
 
Firmware update of node Node-01 failed after 10 attempts. Error:RPC: Couldn't make connection [from mgwd on node "Node-02" (VSID: -3) to mgwd at 192.168.0.1
Uploaded firmware file /mroot/etc/www/upload/complete/all.zip is not present
  • One of the nodes in the cluster is in TakeOver state
