Issue

Switch automatically haReboot with many NTP query failures leading up to reboot
 
Example:
errdump -a
WARNING,  NTP Query failed: 255.
CHASSIS, CRITICAL, haReboot is automatically triggered for warm recovery from OOM.
CRITICAL, Rebooting the system for recovery - auto-reboot is enabled.
CHASSIS, INFO, First failure data capture (FFDC) event occurred.
CHASSIS, INFO, Processor rebooted - Reset.
