Issue

  • admin user able to log onto the Switch via serial console, but can no longer authenticate via SSH.

  • Access denied returned after login password is entered. Example:

admin@switch01's password: 
Access denied

  • SSH login locked for the ‘admin’ user. user:

SWITCH01-1 USER_MGR[tRpcsrv.01001]: user_mgr.c(2358) 944 %% ALRT User admin locked out on unsuccessful authentication
