BES-53248 Cluster Network Switch (CNS)

Issue

  • CNS is not reachable via SNMP
  • CNS is not reachable viamanagement port (SSH).
  • CNS working fine, from a cluster network connectivity perspective.
  • CNS is not reachable from any host and not from any node management LIF.
  • The partner CNS management IP is reachable properly
  • The issue remain after a cable swapp with the partner switch
  • The issue remains after a switch reboot and power cycle
  • The port LED activity is fine
  • The console connection is ok and the RCF checked and confirmed as good
