Issue
- The cluster ports on the nodes that are connected to the same BES-53248 cluster switch go down at the same time:

Probable Cause: The ethernet switch's IP address is not reachable from
the local node.
Possible Effect: Monitoring of the switch and log collection will not
function.
Corrective Actions: Ensure that the IP address is reachable or specify the
correct reachable IP address. - The affected switch is missing from the cluster switch health monitoring (CSHM) table.
- The switch is down and is not reachable via ping or SSH.
- Amber LED is seen on the switch.
- The switch is unresponsive over console access.
