  • Putting a storage node into maintenance mode will not remove its drives from the cluster
  • Hence, the cluster's overall capacity will not decrease

Additional Information

If the operation to disable maintenance mode on the storage node times out, the drives will be removed from the cluster, thereby reducing the cluster's overall capacity
