- This article describes the procedure to collect support data for NetApp E-Series storage arrays via the 3 available methods:
- SANtricity System Manager
- SANtricity Storage Manager
- SANtricity Command Line Interface
Procedure
SANtricity System Manager
- Open E-Series storage array via the controller IP address in the browser
- From left-side pane, select Support
- Select Support Center
- Select Diagnostics tab
- Select Collect Support Data.
- Click Collect
- Save the file to a location of your choosing.
SANtricity Storage Manager
- Open SANtricity Storage Manager
- Open E-Series storage array Array Management Window
- Click Summary tab
- In Monitor section, click Collect Support Data Manually
The Collect AutoSupport Data window opens.
- Click Browse
- Specify where you want to save the support bundle and enter a name for the support bundle file
- Click Save
- In the Collect AutoSupport Data window, click Start

Notes:
- The support bundle will be generated and saved. This process may take several minutes.
