- AutoSupport configured with http/https delivery method
Issue
- Receive the following alert during AutoSupport test (Support > Support Center > AutoSupport > Configure AutoSupport Delivery Method > Test Configuration):
java.net.UnknownHostException: mysupport.netapp.com
- The following exception is logged in the management software log

in Support Data:
ASUP Upload Host InetSocketAddress is unresolved.
