EF600 in Removed status without having serial console output even after replacement

Issue

  • Controller is in Removed status

      Controller in Shelf XX, Bay B
       
         Status:                      Removed  

  • MAJOR-EVENT-LOG indicates errors for several components on the controller
  • Power supply environment has no problem
  • Reseating controller or components inside the controller (DIMM, fan and HIC) does not solve the issue
