  • E-Series Platforms: E28xx, E57xx and associated EF-series.
  • StorageGRID Appliances: SG57xx, SG6060, SGF6024
  • SANtricity OS 11.50.3 and later (11.60x and 11.70x)

Issue

  • E-Series SANtricity Storage Manager home page reports the following recovery failure entry. This is also viewable in the recovery guru file (RECOVERY-GURU-PROCEDURES.HTML) in manual support bundle and AutoSupport.

CACHE_BACKUP_DEVICE_AT_END_OF_LIFE

  • E-Series storage-array-profile.txt file reports 0% endurance remaining and 100% wear life used under the controllers section.

Wear Life Used:            100%
Endurance Remaining:       0%
