Active IQ Unified Manager services don't start after upgrade because of corrupted files

    • When upgrading from Unified Manager 9.5 to Unified Manager 9.7


  • Active IQ Unified Manager server services don't start.
  • Deployment files are in the deployed state.
  • The server.log, server_mega.log and ocumserver.log files are not updated.
