Using Grid Manager
  • For hardware issues, such as component hardware failure, link degraded between compute and storage controllers, etc., use the StorageGRID Appliance Chassis serial number, located in GRID Manager -> Nodes -> Hardware tab
  • For software issues, such as performance degradation, ingest and retrieval errors, GRID services alerts, object alerts, use the StorageGRID System ID or the License Serial Number, located in GRID Manager -> Maintenance -> License
