Issue

  • ADC nodes at one site alert that Platform Services Unavailable:
    • Too few Storage Nodes with the RSM service are running or available at a site
  • service rsm status command reports:
    • rsm up but not ready. check /var/local/log/servermanger.log
    • servermanger.log may not contain any useful information regarding the RSM service
