Description
Common discovery issues with SCV
| Cause | Solution |
|
Some entities are not SnapCenter compatible |
Ensure data is on NetApp/supported storage |
| Storage system is inaccessible | |
| Validate name resolution for SVM management | |
| Validate the storage account has sufficient privilege | |
| Refresh resource groups after SRM failover | |

Unable to get storage details for <datastore> |
Increase SVM timeout setting |
| Configure name resolution for SVM management | |
| Unlock the storage system account | |
| Renew SSL certificate for the SVM | |
| Push SnapCenter credentials to SCV | |
| Validate ESX host status | |
