Unified Manager database backups fail due to insufficient space

Issue
- UM database backup fails
- Insufficient space for UM backups to occur
- (Unix) Running df -h shows that the data partition is out of space
- (Windows) Windows Explorer shows the drive selected for UM data is out of space
