OnCommand Unified Manager alert notifications reflect server names as localhost in URL links

Issue

The source and alert details URL links in OnCommand Unified Manager and in email alerts show "localhost" instead of the filer hostname in the URL link.

Example:
Trigger Condition - The Snapshot reserve full threshold set at (90%) is breached. 8.59 GB of 4.00 GB is used.
