Login to Active IQ Unified Manager using remote authentication fails even though the remote authentication test passed

Issue

  • Remote authentication is configured and returns good information from the test
  • The following error shows up in the audit.log when attempting to login using LDAP:

SessionId: null]: org.springframework.security.authentication.BadCredentialsException: Authenticating token for ldap user not successful.
