Active IQ Unified Manager keeps sending alerts after problem is already solved

Issue

  • Unified Manager keeps sending alerts (mail/snmp) after the problem is already fixed due to  event being in the  "New" state
  • Searching  for the Event Name in the "Events" menu you see its state is "New"
