Description

It is a best practice to acknowledge risks that you have a plan for in Digital Advisor (formerly Active IQ).

Acknowledging risks has the following benefits:

  • Helps the dashboard show only risks that there is no plan for.
  • Prevents duplicate review of the same risk by different administrators.
  • Gives visibility to the plan that is in place for the risk.
  • The acknowledgement workflow reduces the chance of missing a critical new risk.
