How can I create a Support Admin Role?

Description
You can create a Support Admin Role by yourself with and without access to your NetApp Support site log-in. The new Support Admin role is required to access System Maintenance.
- Log in to your NetApp Support Site and create a case, selecting Support Admin > Request Access
or
- Create a non-technical case, selecting Support Admin > Request Access
