Description

You can create a Support Admin Role by yourself with and without access to your NetApp Support site log-in. The new Support Admin role is required to access System  Maintenance.

  • Log in to your NetApp Support Site and create a case,  selecting Support Admin > Request Access

or

  • Create a non-technical case, selecting Support Admin > Request Access
