HCC login to mNode FQDN fails with "Something went wrong during the login process" error

- Element Management Node (mNode)
- mNode is accessed via Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) rather than by IP
- Management Services 2.15.28 and above
- NetApp Element software 12.2 and above
Issue
- Users are unable to reach HCC on the Element management node via FQDN (example:
https://server.example.com/hcc
)- These login attempts may result in the error:
"Something went wrong during the login process. Please contact your technical support engineer and reference code unauthorized_client and request ID: <long request id string>"
