Issue

  • BES-53248 unresponsive and unable to boot
  • Both power supply units (PSU) direct current (DC) light emitting diodes (LED) are OFF and warning (!) LEDs are ON
  • Both PSU status LEDs are red on the front of the switch
  • All port LEDs are OFF on the front of the switch
  • No serial console output
  • Does not respond to ping
  • Faults persists after power cycle
  • Faults persists after replacing the PSU and power cord from a working switch
