ifgrp shows broke while member ports are physically up with lag_inactive after DIMM replacement

Issue

  • After DIMM replacement with no cable reseated, ifgrp shows status broke, while member ports are lag_inactive in IFGRP-STATUS.txt:

a0b: 0 links, transmit 'IP Load balancing', Ifgrp Type 'lacp' fail 'default', Timer 'long'
