Issue

  • BMC update fails from ONTAP
  • We see the following in SP-MGMT-MLOG-TXT.GZ

ERR: Servprocd::SpUpdate: bmc_update_cpmi_t: cpmi_get_fw_update_info() returned error code (221). Terminate the update session

To see if this error might affect the BMC firmware update, run the following command:

::>vserver services web show -name FW_BMC -fields ssl-only vserver name ssl-only
