Cannot disable SP access via SSH from ONTAP

Issue

  • Service Processor(SP) disable SSH with the "security login delete" command, but only one node(node-1) cannot disabled.
  • Nodes are 4 nodes in 2 HA clusters, only 1 node cannot disable SSH.
  • SP SSH access disabling procedure below steps.
  1. SP enables the following command

Example:

security login create admin node-1 application service-processor -authentication-method password
security login create admin node-1 application ssh -authentication-method password

  1. SP disable command following

Example:

security login delete admin node-1 application service-processor -authentication-method password
security login delete admin node-1 application ssh -authentication-method password

  1. Command results following.

Example:

Cluster1::> security session show

Node: Node-1              Interface: cli                        Idle
