AutoSupport Message: Fibre Channel Access Degraded or Unavailable on Element storage clusters

Issue

One or more Fibre Channel Access Degraded Alerts show in the Cluster UI (https://<MVIP>) and in SolidFire Active IQ:

  • Alert: fibreChannelAccessDegraded.
    • Details:Fibre Channel access is degraded.  Disconnected fibre channel node IDs: [1].
  • Alert: fibreChannelAccessUnavailable
    • Details: "Fibre Channel access is not available. Disconnected fibre channel node IDs: [NodeID, NodeID]."

If one or more Fibre Channel nodes is offline altogether, additional alerts such as NodeOffline will also be present.
