Issue

One may observe either:
Alert: The path to the disk shelves is broken at shelf port XX:XX
 

OR

Event: Disk Shelf Multipath Not Configured
 

In order to verify the issue relating to this KB article, collect a Support Bundle using one of the following KB articles:

Within the Support bundle, the ocumserver-debug log will contain the following log entry: 


201X-XX-XX 14:44:42,946 DEBUG [oncommand] [alert-83] [c.n.dfm.impl.alert.EmailAlertAction] Sending email to [Insert_Email_Here] for alert 'Configured_Alert' with event 'disk-shelf-path-failure' for object 'Node_Name:0x:x' <-(Node_name:Port#:shelf#)

On the High Availability (HA) Partner, run sysconfig -a 
The output displays as the following:
