AIQUM shows Package still being processed or data source is already performing poll which leads to polling being skipped

Issue

Cluster and vCenter performance polling in AIQUM was interrupted due to one or more reasons:

  • The cluster datasource credentials or hostname / IP were updated
  • A "Rediscover" for the cluster was triggered while a poll was in progress
  • One or more services in AIQUM crashed and recovered automatically
  • Communication with the cluster was interrupted
    • The cluster was upgraded
    • The cluster management lif was down
    • Other temporary network errors
