Issue

One or more of the following alerts appears in NetApp SolidFire Active IQ and the Cluster Web UI:

SliceServiceUnhealthy alerts:

  • A metadata service is unhealthy and SolidFire is attempting to migrate data away from it.
  • SolidFire Application cannot communicate with a metadata service.
  • A metadata service is not responding.
  • A metadata drive has become unavailable because it is migrating Healthy. Check the node's slice drives for errors.
  • A metadata drive has become unavailable because it is migrating. Check the node's slice drives for errors.

sliceServiceTooFull alerts:

  • Slice Service is using xx% of available space.
