Unable to access CIFS share: Attempting to connect to <\\server\share>

Issue

  1. Storage environment upgraded from FAS3240(7-mode) to FAS2720(ONTAP 9).
  2. Workgroup mode.
  3. Right click This PC > Click Map network drive...  > Input \\server\share > Click Finish > The progress gets stuck in Attempting to connect to <\\server\share>.
