Issue

The following alerts are seen for NVDIMM in the event logs:

[Node-01: env_mgr: nvdimm.nvmem.initfail:EMERGENCY]: NVMEM subsystem initialization failed because NVDIMM device in slot-11 has worn-out flash (0 percent remaining). To prevent NVMEM data loss, halt the system.
 
[Node-01: mgwd: callhome.hm.alert.critical:alert]: Call home for Health Monitor process nphm: NVDIMMFailEndOfLifeAlert[/dev/nvdimm0:Node-01].
