Seeing nblade.execsOverLimit for ESXi host running 7.0u1 or higher

Issue

After modifying MaxQueueDepth to 128 from Advanced System settings in VMware vSphere Client, EMS still reports nblade.execsOverLimit errors which point out IP address for ESXi hosts.

Errors observed in VMWare logs:
