Security login show account locked field showing as - when setting a numerical username

Issue

  1. When set a numerical username of security login account, fields Acct Locked will shows -:

aff200-2n-dal-1::> security login create -user-or-group-name 20211230 -application console -role admin -authentication-method password

Please enter a password for user '20211230':
Please enter it again:

aff200-2n-dal-1::> security login show

2. Run command to lock or unlock the numerical username will fail:

aff200-2n-dal-1::> security login lock -user 20211230

Error: command failed: Cannot lock user with password not set or non-password authentication method.
