Power Outage

Issue

After a power outage, one aggregate is offline and cannot be put online

cluster::> storage aggregate modify -aggregate hybrid_aggregate -state online

Error: command failed: Failed to bring aggregate "hybrid_aggregate" online. Reason: Aggregate 'hybrid_aggregate' has failed and cannot be brought online.

SSD RAID group of the aggregate is missing
