Node unable to power ON after planned or unplanned shutdown

Issue

  • After planned/unplanned node shutdown activity, the node is unable to power on (Boot Up).
  • SP is accessible via console cable and the system power status shows off:
SP> System power status
Power status: off
SP> system power on
SP> system console
  • When attempted to power on the node, the power stays off:
SP> system power on
SP> System power status
Power status: off
  • Reseat of the motherboard does not resolve the issue.
