  • After planned site power maintenance multiple shelf faults similar to the following may be seen in AutoSupports:

HA Group Notification (SHELF POWER INTERRUPTED) ERROR

HA Group Notification (SHELF COOLING UNIT FAILED) EMERGENCY

HA Group Notification (Health Monitor process nchm: SinglePathToDiskShelf_Alert[]) ALERT

HA Group Notification (SHELF_FAULT) ERROR

  • May cause nodes to go offline due to the shelf being powered down and loss of disks.
