Issue

Midplane 3 and Midplane 4 Temp are warning high due to the following errors in EMS.

Example:
Mar 11 01:06:12 +0900 [node_name: env_mgr: monitor.chassisTemperature.warm:alert]: Chassis temperature is too warm: Midplane 4 Temp is warning high (47 C).
Mar 11 01:06:12 +0900 [node_name: env_mgr: monitor.chassisTemperature.warm:alert]: Chassis temperature is too warm: Midplane 3 Temp is warning high (47 C).
Mar 11 01:07:13 +0900 [node_name: env_mgr: callhome.chassis.hitemp:error]: Call home for CHASSIS OVER TEMPERATURE

The CPU0 Temp Margin sensor state shows as init-failed in PLATFORM-SENSORS.

Example:
Sensor Name: CPU0 Temp Margin
Sensor Type: thermal
Sensor State: init-failed
Last Sensor Value:
Value Units: C
Warning Hi Threshold: 0
Critical Hi Threshold: -1
