How to cable an IOM12E platform with IOM6 and IOM12 storage shelves in Multi-Path HA

When creating or adding a shelf stack to an IOM12E platform with IOM12-equipped shelves, any IOM6-equipped shelves in the stack must be cabled in a specific order to avoid pathing issues.
