Fault LED does not turn off even after replacing Flash Cache

Issue

  • Fault LED remains on even after replacing the faulty Flash Cache.
  • "NVMe device failed" event remains after the replacement.

  • The error event cannot be cleared by executing the following command.

 Example:

         ::> system controller service-event delete -node node-1 -event-id 1

::> system controller service-event show

  • Fault LED cannot be cleared by "system fru led set off" command on Baseboard Management Controller(BMC).

Example:

BMC> priv set diag
BMC*> system fru led set 15 off

  •  Flash Cache state shows Ok in sysconfig-a.
