Controller can not identify one slot disk

Issue

Controller can not identify one disk in SYSCONFIG-A of auto support .But HA partner controller identify this disk normal.
 
For example,disk 43 lost:
 
        41   : NETAPP   X4014S173315TNTE NA53 14651.0GB 4160B/sect (S60XXXXXXXXXXX)
        42   : NETAPP   X4014S173315TNTE NA53 14651.0GB 4160B/sect (S60XXXXXXXXXXZ)
