Issue

  • The light of disk is amber, but there is no error reported by ONTAP
  • storage show fault command returns no faults
 
::> system node run -node  Node-01 -command storage show fault
No faults found in storage subsystem
 
  • Verbose output of the same command shows the disk as having been bypassed by both IOMs
