Issue

  • Amber LED is confirmed being on, but no visible issue or alerts seen:

Cluster::> System health alert show
This table is currently empty.

  • Checking the logs SP-LATEST-IPMI we see there is an old fault, which after checking logs, was resolved but not cleared
