After node down unexpectedly the SP remains accessible but no console output

Issue

  • Node down without any error and doesn't reboot.
  • BMC remain accessible and multiple sensor show abnormal state.

  • Host Power status show off and can't be change to on by excecuting system power on.

  • Failed to switch to LOADER prompt via system console.
  • No console output via serial console port.
