Issue
- After all nodes in the cluster were shut down and powered back up, the cluster will not come up.
- Management Virtual IP (MVIP) and Storage Virtual IP (SVIP) unreachable.
- Nodes are up
- Web UI and TUI shows them as active participants in a cluster with correct IPs, cluster name, and active ports
- Diagnostics such as ping between nodes, connectivity tests, ensemble check all fail due to
xDBOperationTimeout
- 1Gb, 10Gb, and IPMI IPs are reachable from other devices within the same network
- Attempts to access a node management IP without the 442 port redirect to
/createcluster/clusterstopped.htm
