  • Environments where vCenter server IP address has changed

Issue

  • After changing the IP address of the VMware vCenter server, the NetApp SolidFire Management Node (mNode) is unable to communicate with vCenter.
  • The mNode continues to attempt communication with the old vCenter IP, resulting in loss of management and monitoring capabilities from the NetApp HCI web interface.
  • When opening up the NetApp HCI UI, the page does not load up as expected
