Unable to copy image to cluster or node and ONTAP Select upgrade fails

Issue

"cluster image package get" fails to copy the image in repository and "system image update -package" commands fails and the following error is received:

         Upgrade and Revert/Downgrade Guide for details.

Listing package contents.
Decompressing package contents.
Install Failed.
Failed to verify the signatures of the image. The image may have been corrupted.
Replace the image, and then try the command again.
