Refresh Cluster Operation Failed

Issue

When performing a Refresh Cluster operation, it fails with the following message:

Error: Refresh Cluster operation failed. Reason - Refresh operation for cluster failed. Navigate to the Events tab to view more information

The Event logs will show the following:
