Issue

Storage add from Deploy instance fails with error:

Storage add failed for node "node1" in cluster "cluster1". If the cluster has
been reconfigured outside of ONTAP Select Deploy, run a refresh operation on the cluster, and then try the operation again. Reason:
NodeAddDiskFailed: Adding data disks to node "node1" failed. Reason: cannot create virtual disk: SOAP Fault: -----------
Fault string: Invalid configuration for device '0'. Provided backing file is not accessible from host. Device: VirtualDisk.
