Capacity pool license is not showing a cluster in the Licenses section of Deploy

Issue

After adding a new Select cluster, the Capacity Pool Licenses page does not show the cluster that can use the pool from the license.
However, when checking the Clusters page, the cluster is viewable and is showing "licensed" in the Cluster Details.
